The show will feature the newest work in sculpture, painting, and animation from Nebraska artist Nolan Tredway.
Lost Ends is the story in the middle, without context, and without apology. Every page is the first page, ignoring the one before. It is the moment that is captured without the one after. It is creating a mystery from clues, forgetting to be solved.
Nolan Tredway is a native Nebraskan artist living and working in Lincoln. Nolan graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts, with additional courses from the Fundacion Ortega y Gasset in Toledo, Spain. He is currently the co-director of Tugboat Gallery as well as running his own studio/gallery. His work has earned the Ida M. Vreeland Award and a Nebraska Arts Council Individual Fellowship Award. While primarily a painter and filmmaker, he works in a variety of media from design to installation.
